Dr. Sean J. Henderson earned his bachelor’s degree from University of Utah. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. He went on to complete his urology residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center and Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from 2010 – 2015. During his residency training, he received many recognitions for his devotion to patients and research including the 2014 – 2015 resident of the year, served as chief urology resident during his last year of training, and was nationally recognized for the 2015 ACOS (American College of Osteopathic Surgeons) resident achievement award. He later served as a board member of the ACOS for 2 years.

Collin Barber, MD received his Bachelor of Science in exercise physiology from the University of Utah and completed his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Arizona. He finished his medical residency and surgical fellowship at the University of Arizona and the Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan, respectively. He specializes in foot and ankle surgery and speaks fluent Spanish.
Dr. Barber was born with a serious condition that required surgery to correct. He owes his life to the quick thinking and professional skills of the doctors who acted quickly during his procedure. Seeing the care and attention of these skilled doctors instilled a desire to help others in the same way these doctors helped him. He decided to pursue orthopedic surgery because it requires an acute understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, physics, and engineering.
Especially in foot and ankle surgery, there are many possible treatments for one condition. Dr. Barber enjoys the innovation and creativity required to adapt traditional techniques and find a solution that meets his patients’ treatment goals. David Young, DO

Dr. David Young studied at both Utah Valley State College and The University of Utah for his undergraduate degree and attended medical school at KCOM in Missouri. He then completed his residency training through the Henry Ford Health System in Michigan.
In addition to general Obstetrics and Gynecology, he has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery, pregnancies complicated with diabetes and urinary incontinence. He is sensitive to the needs of infertility patients, as his wife has struggled with that herself.
He and his family are excited to be back in his home state of Utah, but will continue to be huge University of Michigan fans. He has four children, ages 16-1 and an amazing wife. He enjoys basketball, camping, and photography in his spare time.
Adam Wing, MD

Adam Wing, MD obtained a Bachelor of Science at Brigham Young University and a Doctor of Medicine at St. George’s University. He also completed an OBGYN internship at New York Presbyterian-Brooklyn-Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York and a residency at the Sunrise Health Consortium in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Wing is board-eligible with the College of American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and specializes in woman’s health. He also has experience using the da Vinci Surgical System, an FDA-approved technique that allows physicians to better perform minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Wing speaks fluent English and Spanish.
Dr. Wing has always wanted to serve and help people, so a career in medicine was a natural fit for him. His passion for OBGYN began during the birth of his first two sons. As he learned more about the world of women’s health and the struggles many women go through, his passion grew stronger. Dr. Wing believes that regardless of what background a woman comes from, she deserves to be heard and to receive the best healthcare possible. He strives to work collaboratively with his patients, advocate for them, and listen intently to their concerns.

Luke Wendt, DO attended the University of Utah where he completed his Bachelor of Science followed by medical school at Nova Southeastern University in South Florida. After completing his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine, He finished an OBGYN residency at Texas Tech University Health Science Center and was named chief resident.
Dr. Wendt strives to provide compassionate, individualized care to all his patients. Dr. Wendt believes that obstetrics is an exciting field of medicine that affords a physician the opportunity to work with expecting mothers to provide the healthiest outcome for mothers and babies. Additionally, Dr. Wendt prides himself on being an advocate for women’s health and works hard to promote living a healthy, active lifestyle. Dr. Wendt has a special interest in urinary incontinence, pelvic prolapse, sexual dysfunction, chronic pelvic pain, and endometriosis. Dr. Wendt is trained in providing many minimally invasive surgical options as well as many non-surgical alternatives.

Matthew Clark, MD

Matthew Clark, MD received a Bachelor of Arts in history at Brigham Young University and a Doctor of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University. He completed his residency at Case Western Reserve University. He is board certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and specializes in low and high-risk pregnancies, treating irregular menstrual periods, minimally invasive surgery (hysterectomy), and infertility.
As an obstetrician and gynecologist, Dr. Clark strives to carefully listen to patients’ needs to address all of their concerns. He wants each of his patients to be part of the decision-making process and effectively builds an individualized patient healthcare plan for each of his patients.

Dr. Allen joined our practice in August of 2007. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University in 1990 and continued there to receive his Master of Business Administration. He then went on to earn an Associates of Science and Nursing in Albany, New York. He then attended Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience, and received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in June of 2002. Dr. Allen did his Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at Memorial Hospital in York, PA.
Dr. Allen is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Medical Service Corp, Missouri National Guard. He also served as a Staff Sargent, Special Forces Medic, Utah National Guard from 1987-1998.
He is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology.
Dr. Allen is married, Aimee Jo, and has five children. He is an Adult Leader for the Boy Scouts of America and speaks Japanese.
